ROSE GARDEN WEDDING CEREMONY
Weddings at the Museum are not allowed during our regular hours.
$500.00
Allows for a 3 1/2 -hour time period and includes use of the garden area, minimal
preparation inside the facility and the receptionist. The museum’s auditorium is available for no additional cost, should inclement weather occur.
An additional hour @ $75.00 is available if needed.
Rental chair set up & take down done by client.
Decorations and entertainment & chair rental are arranged independently by the client. Belt Rentall 816-233-8253
Indoor Wedding Ceremony
144 seats are available in the Boder Auditorium.

SPECIAL EVENT
outside regular museum hours for a 3.5 hour period of time
1-75 guests …. $500.00
76-150 guests…….$1,000.00
The above-mentioned prices allow for the use of the facility & a receptionist.
A non-refundable $100.00 deposit will secure selected date at the above fees.
Additional costs may be incurred with events that require additional staffing or post-event building maintenance. Additional costs are incurred with food, beverage, linen, decorations and entertainment.
Additional hours are billed at $75.00 per hour if needed or event goes over scheduled time.
*** Facility rental charges are subject to a discounted rate of $75.00 per hour when the event is held during regular museum hours.

LINEN RENTAL
The Albrecht-Kemper Museum of Art uses a standard white linen tablecloth and napkin for its special events. Special order colors are available at customer’s request for an additional charge. Covering for service tables is included in facility rental fee.

CATERERS
An event at the Albrecht-Kemper must be catered by one of our approved caterers.
The following list of approved caterers has agreed to the museum’s policies for food service.
They are charged a per person fee for use of the museum’s kitchen and service items.
