Considered the essential pencil drawing class. Experience what a 19th Century drawing course was like and learn the fundamentals of drawing by doing a Bargue copy. Cody Wheelock is a full-time artist and educator with over a decade of professional experience.

How to participate

Materials:
- 11×14 pad of smooth drawing paper
- Set of graphite drawing pencils including 5H, 4H, 3H, 2H, H, HB, B, and 2B
- Ruler
- Knitting needle or wooden skewer (like the type you use when grilling)
- Rubber Factus style eraser
- Kneaded eraser
** A drawing board at least 18×24” is helpful but not required
