Fall Still Life Painting with Cody Wheelock

Get in the spooky spirit with some Halloween-themed still life painting! In this workshop professional artist Cody Wheelock will guide students through the process of setting up a still life, discuss what makes a successful composition, and demonstrate how to execute a simple painting from their reference material. The instructor will be using oil paint but students are welcome to bring any painting medium they wish. Each student will paint from their own still life setup.

Cody is passionate about both instructional design as well as classical drawing and oil painting, always looking for new ways to adapt traditional learning methods to the 21st century. Learn more about Cody at his website here.
