The annual Pot of Gold Arts Gala and Auction is a signature event for the museum. Since its inception in 1978, the Pot of Gold auction supports the museum’s operating budget, education initiatives, and special programs.


Art Fair

June 2023

10:00 am – 8:00 pm

Featuring fine artists from across the region, this is the perfect moment to discover original artwork while supporting local artists. This event also includes musical performances, food, a cash bar, and much more. Collectors and casual art enthusiasts alike will find unique pieces to suit a variety of tastes and price points.

Witches Tea

Lunch @ Noon / Supper @ 6:30 pm

Since 2016, the museum has hosted Witches Tea, an annual event celebrating the Halloween season. The lunch seating will be served at noon and supper at 6:30 PM. Attendees are invited to come in costume. There will be a costume contest and awards for “Best Mask” and “Best Hat.”


Sugarplum Festival

November 10-12, 2022

$10 admission ($8 pre-sale)

Everyone looks forward to the second weekend in November for the annual Sugarplum Festival at the Albrecht-Kemper! For more than 40 years, this annual holiday fair features locally-made handcrafted goods, unique gifts from small businesses, specialty food and drink, and artisanal crafts. Find something for everyone on your list by supporting local businesses!


Breakfast with Santa

Workshops: 10:00 am session & 11:00 am session

Ring in December with Santa Claus at the Albrecht-Kemper Museum of Art! Santa’s pancakes are served hot off the griddle with sausage, juice, coffee, and a special treat for the kids. After dining with Jolly Old Saint Nick, participate in a special Gingerbread House-decorating workshop in the museum classroom.
