A Special Place for your Special Day.

Special event rentals are available exclusively to groups with at least one current AKMA member in good standing. Special rates available for groups under 10 and non-profit organizations. Additional event time can be added for 20% of rental fee per hour.


We have a fabulous collection of world-class artwork on view. Each time you visit we may have something new. We cannot guarantee that any piece will be on view during your event. In order to protect our collection of original artwork, certain items are not permitted in the galleries including fresh-cut greenery (flowers are permitted from a florist), confetti, open flame, and balloons. Please contact us with any questions.

Please note: Due to health regulations, all food must be from a licensed caterer. We have a list of preferred caterers, and are happy to discuss your vision during a consultation with our Events Manager.

  • Auditorium

    Stadium seating in the auditorium provides an elegant space for plenary sessions, large lectures and film screenings. Equipped with a presentation screen, elevated stage, lectern, projector and baby grand piano, this space is perfect for large groups.

  • Cafe Dining Room

    Our most versatile and expansive space, perfect for a seated meal, networking cocktail, or trade show. This iconic space is completely customizable for your event.

  • Barclay Gallery

    Originally the front parlor in the historic Albrecht mansion, this stately room offers intimacy and luxury. Perfect for breakout sessions, mid-sized lunch service, appreciation ceremonies or product pitches.

  • Bradley Art Library & Speakeasy

    An intimate setting for client meetings, this space provides privacy and originality. Access to the authentic Speakeasy – original to the home, and perfect for a night you won’t forget.

  • Dannen Gallery

    The Dannen Gallery is also affectionately known as “the Bird Room.” This room is original to the historic Albrecht home and formerly served as Mrs. Albrecht’s retreat. Perfect for breakout sessions, client dinners, teambuilding space, or any time you are looking for a quiet place away from the crowd.

  • Schroeder Gallery

    Be inspired by this majestic meeting room setting surrounded by masters of American drawing. Originally the dining room in the historic Albrecht Family home, this room offers ambiance and comfort during your dining experience or breakout session.
