Valentine's Day Dinner
Celebrate Valentine’s Day with an unforgettable evening of fine dining, art, and ambiance. Join us Saturday, February 14, from 6:00–9:00 PM for a special five-course Valentine’s Day Dinner expertly prepared by Luna’s Fine Dining & Catering.
The evening begins as doors open at 6:00 PM, followed by an intimate Art Talk with the Director at 6:30 PM, offering insight and inspiration before dinner is served at 7:00 PM. Guests will enjoy a thoughtfully curated dining experience surrounded by the beauty of the gallery.
Tickets are $85 per person for cafe seating, or $95 per person for gallery seating. A cash bar will be available throughout the evening, featuring a special Valentine’s menu crafted just for the occasion.
Whether you’re celebrating love, friendship, or simply an appreciation for art and fine cuisine, this Valentine’s Day dinner promises an evening to savor!

A Scattering of Jades: Cesar Lopez & Kiki Serna Exhibition Opening
Kiki and Cesar present unique cultural based works that examine their memory of home through painting, drawing and sculpture. A Scattering of Jades functions as an anthology of their varied and growing practices. A repository of language fragments, memory images, and mental architectures. This exhibition seeks to open a window into the practice of artists who have immigrated to America and be an essential companion to their growing visual language.
This exhibition will be on view February 27th - May 10th, 2026
Regional High School Exhibition Opening
The Albrecht-Kemper Museum of Art is proud to present the Regional High School Exhibition, celebrating the creativity and talent of high school artists from across the region. Join us on Sunday, March 1st, from 1–4 PM to experience a diverse selection of student artwork spanning a variety of media and styles. This exhibition highlights the importance of arts education and offers young artists the opportunity to showcase their work in a professional museum setting. The event is free and open to the public!

Artist Field Trip to Homeplace Fields Flower Farm

Location: Homeplace Fields Flower Farm
Join fellow artists for a relaxed and inspiring artist field trip to the beautiful Homeplace Fields Flower Farm. Participants will meet at the farm at 10:00 AM for a brief welcome and introduction with farm owner Lynn Windmeyer, followed by open time to explore the grounds and make art at your own pace.
This is a self-guided experience—no formal instruction—perfect for sketching, painting, photographing, journaling, or simply soaking in the creative atmosphere of the farm. Spend the day working independently, connecting with other artists, and enjoying the landscape in full bloom.
Helpful Tips:
Pack light with your art supplies
Bring a camp chair or portable seating
Dress for the weather
Bring your own sack lunch and stay hydrated
Bring cash if you’d like to purchase a bouquet of fresh flowers grown right on the farm

Witches Tea
Since 2016, the museum has hosted Witches Tea, an annual event celebrating the Halloween season. The lunch seating will be served at noon and supper at 6:30 PM. Attendees are invited to come in costume. There will be a costume contest and awards.

Sugarplum Festival
Everyone looks forward to the second weekend in November for the annual Sugarplum Festival at the Albrecht-Kemper! For more than 40 years, this annual holiday fair features locally-made handcrafted goods, unique gifts from small businesses, specialty food and drink, and artisanal crafts. Find something for everyone on your list by supporting local businesses!
Breakfast With Santa & Gingerbread Workshop
Ring in December with Santa Claus at the Albrecht-Kemper Museum of Art! Santa’s pancakes are served hot off the griddle with sausage, juice, coffee, and a special treat for the kids. After dining with Jolly Old Saint Nick, participate in a special Gingerbread House-decorating workshop in the museum classroom.

Free Museum After Hours
Join us for January After Hours on Tuesday, January 27, from 4–7 pm for an evening filled with art, conversation, and community! The night will feature an artist talk with our current exhibiting artist, Thomas Gieseke, offering visitors the opportunity to hear directly from the artist about his work, process, and ideas behind the exhibition. Make an evening of it with our Souper Bowl Party, featuring a selection of soups available for dinner purchase at $8 per person, along with a cash bar serving drinks throughout the night. Guests can also enjoy a hands-on art activity designed for all skill levels. With free admission and something for everyone, January After Hours is the perfect way to unwind, connect, and experience the museum in a lively after-hours setting!
